Two women. One corrupt CEO. A friendship that could topple a crooked system.

 Desperate for financial independence, shy artist Sofia flees with her ten-year-old son from her emotionally abusive marriage, resolving to find a decent-paying job. After being pressured to compromise her ethics for wealthy donors, overworked teacher Katelyn resigns, hoping a tech startup will offer more respect, better compensation, and the chance to make a real difference. Both women land at Smart Heads, where charismatic CEO Marcus Barnes promises them opportunity—but delivers something drastically different.

 Hired at below-market salaries and deliberately kept apart, Sofia and Katelyn slowly realize they’re pawns in a dangerous game. Marcus is cooking the books, fabricating customers, and, if his fraud unravels, planning to blame his inexperienced female employees. But he’s underestimated “the throwaway women” he thinks he can scapegoat.

 When a federal investigation begins, Sofia and Katelyn must decide whether to risk everything to expose the truth. As they secretly join forces to gather evidence, they discover that solidarity might be their most powerful weapon against a system designed to silence them.
